She was Truman Barlow's mother. Truman married my grandmother Alberta (Knox) Vanatter Barlow in 1947? in Las Vegas, Nevada. Scott Vanatter was named after Scott Barlow. Truman or Dad said that Scott Barlow was one of the nicest men you'd ever want to meet. He had died right before Scott Vanatter was born. Imagine these little girls with stretch pants and a brown "car coat" on. Imagine if you will the one in the middle washing off the snowman we had made that week bdirty. It seemed like the thing to do at the tiecuse it was time. I had never seem snow until then.
